IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY REGISTERING FOR OR PARTICIPATING IN THE ONESTAGE AUDITION 2026 (THE "EVENT"), THE PARTICIPANT AND THEIR PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN (COLLECTIVELY, THE "PARTICIPANT") AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS SET FORTH BELOW.
重要提示：请仔细阅读以下条款与条件。报名或参加 2026 Onestage 选拔赛（下称「本活动」），即表示参赛者及其家长／法定监护人（合称「参赛者」）同意受以下全部条款约束。

1.1 The Event is organized by Onestage (The Cathay) Pte Ltd (the "Organizer"). 1.1 本活动由 Onestage (The Cathay) Pte Ltd（下称「主办方」）主办。
1.2 The Event will take place on 12th September 2026 (Date is subjected to changes), from 14:00 to 18:00, across the following locations. The first round will be held at Onestage Academy on Level 4, and the final round at the B1 Atrium: 1.2 本活动将于 2026 年 9 月 12 日 14:00 至 18:00 举行（日期可能变更），场地如下。第一轮于四楼 Onestage Academy 进行，决赛轮于地下一层中庭（B1 Atrium）进行：

1.3 The Organizer reserves the right to change the specific area within the venue, the event format, or the venue itself at its sole discretion. 1.3 主办方保留自行变更场地内具体区域、活动形式或场地本身的权利。
2.1 Demographic: Participation is open to both male and female individuals who are below 20 years of age as of the date of the Event. 2.1 参赛对象：男女均可报名，参赛者于活动当日须未满 20 岁。
2.2 Guardian Consent: Participants under 18 must have express parental/guardian consent. 2.2 监护人同意：未满 18 岁的参赛者须取得家长／监护人的明确同意。
2.3 Punctuality: Late arrival may result in immediate disqualification. 2.3 守时：迟到者可能被立即取消参赛资格。
2.4 Conduct: The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Participant for disruptive behavior. 2.4 行为规范：主办方保留因扰乱秩序行为而请任何参赛者离场的权利。
3.1 Cash and/or Prize Reward: The winner(s) of the Audition shall be entitled to cash and/or prize reward. 3.1 现金及／或奖品奖励：本次选拔的获胜者可获得现金及／或奖品奖励。
3.2 Eligibility for Onestage Talent: Winning the audition grants the Participant eligibility to join Onestage Talent Programme or SAGA Girl Group. 3.2 Onestage 艺人资格：获胜者将取得加入 Onestage Talent Programme 或 SAGA 女团的资格。
3.3 Mandatory Commitment: To be eligible to receive the cash and/or prizes reward, the winner must formally agree to and fulfill the following: 3.3 强制性承诺：获胜者须正式同意并履行以下事项，方可领取现金及／或奖品奖励：
4.1 Assumption of Risk: The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks of injury, illness, or damage associated with audition activities. 4.1 风险承担：参赛者自愿承担与选拔活动相关的一切受伤、疾病或损害风险。
4.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, the Organizer and the Venue Owner (including its management and agents) shall not be held liable for any personal injury, permanent disability, death, or loss/damage to personal property. 4.2 责任限制：在新加坡法律允许的最大范围内，主办方及场地所有方（包括其管理方与代理人）不对任何人身伤害、永久残疾、死亡或个人财物损失／损坏承担责任。
4.3 Negligence: Nothing excludes liability for death or injury caused solely by the Organizer's proven gross negligence. 4.3 疏忽：本条款不排除因主办方经证实的重大疏忽而单独导致的死亡或伤害之责任。
4.4 Indemnity: The Participant and Guardian agree to indemnify Onestage (The Cathay) Pte. Ltd. and the Venue Owner against all claims arising from the Participant's actions. 4.4 赔偿：参赛者及监护人同意就因参赛者行为引起的一切索赔，向 Onestage (The Cathay) Pte. Ltd. 及场地所有方作出赔偿。
5.1 Medical Fitness: The Participant warrants they are in good health and physically capable of performing. 5.1 身体状况：参赛者保证其身体健康，具备表演所需的身体能力。
5.2 Emergency Authorization: The Organizer is authorized to seek medical attention at the guardian's expense if the guardian is unreachable. 5.2 紧急授权：如无法联系到监护人，主办方有权代为寻求医疗救助，费用由监护人承担。
6.1 Right to Cancel: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event at any time. 6.1 取消权：主办方保留随时取消或改期本活动的权利。
6.2 No Compensation: The Organizer is not liable for any participant costs (travel, etc.) in the event of cancellation. 6.2 不予补偿：活动取消时，主办方不承担参赛者的任何费用（如交通费等）。
7.1 Ownership: All media captured during the Event is the joint property of Onestage (The Cathay) Pte Ltd and YUEHUA Entertainment (乐华娱乐), each of whom may use it in accordance with clause 7.2. 7.1 所有权：活动期间拍摄的所有影像资料由 Onestage (The Cathay) Pte Ltd 与乐华娱乐（YUEHUA Entertainment）共同拥有，双方均可依第 7.2 条使用。
7.2 Usage Rights: The Participant grants Onestage (The Cathay) Pte Ltd and YUEHUA Entertainment (乐华娱乐), together with their respective affiliates and appointed agencies, a perpetual, global license for the use of their likeness for marketing on all social media platforms including and not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Douyin, Weibo, Xiaohongshu and WeChat. 7.2 使用权：参赛者授予 Onestage (The Cathay) Pte Ltd 及乐华娱乐（YUEHUA Entertainment），以及双方各自的关联公司与指定代理机构，永久性、全球性的肖像使用许可，用于在各社交媒体平台（包括但不限于 TikTok、Instagram、抖音、微博、小红书及微信）进行市场推广。
7.3 Non-Disclosure: Private filming of the audition process is strictly prohibited. 7.3 保密：严禁私自拍摄选拔过程。
8.1 Consent: By registering, the Participant consents to the collection and use of personal data for administration and future marketing by Onestage (The Cathay) Pte Ltd and YUEHUA Entertainment (乐华娱乐), in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. The Participant acknowledges that this may involve the disclosure of personal data, including a minor's personal data, to YUEHUA Entertainment outside Singapore for those purposes. 8.1 同意：报名即表示参赛者同意 Onestage (The Cathay) Pte Ltd 与乐华娱乐（YUEHUA Entertainment）依据《2012 年个人资料保护法》收集及使用其个人资料，用于活动管理及日后市场推广。参赛者知悉并同意，为上述用途，个人资料（包括未成年人的个人资料）可能被披露给位于新加坡境外的乐华娱乐。
8.2 Access and Withdrawal: A Participant or their Guardian may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, or withdraw consent to its use for marketing, by writing to info@onestage.com.sg. 8.2 查询与撤回：参赛者或其监护人可来函至 info@onestage.com.sg，要求查询、更正或删除其个人资料，或撤回其用于市场推广的同意。
9.1 Final Decisions: All audition results are final. No appeals will be entertained. 9.1 最终决定：所有选拔结果均为最终结果，不受理任何申诉。
9.2 Right of Interpretation: Onestage (The Cathay) Pte Ltd reserves the sole and final right of interpretation for all terms and conditions. 9.2 解释权：Onestage (The Cathay) Pte Ltd 保留对所有条款与条件的唯一及最终解释权。
9.3 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. 9.3 适用法律：本条款受新加坡共和国法律管辖。
